WHAT IS UP MY DAWGS???? Long time no see or speak. So please, hold your applause. I have a saying that goes a little something like this, "if I didn't have bad luck, I would have no luck at all". And this past week just reiterated my point. Of course, the week I miss, all "he-double hockey sticks" breaks loose. I'm still a little tired today, so don't expect your full daily news coverage that you normally get, spoiled brats. I'm just going to get back into the swing of things with a very brief wrap-up of what I missed. I'll be back tomorrow with the usual. It's good to be back home.
The first game I missed was the Palermo matchup. We won, but more importantly, waste of space Vieira scored, and was the MOTM. Try and figure that shit out. Roma beat "currently out of CL spot, yet reining CL champions" Milan a day earlier, so everything stayed the same. Then came the heart-breaker, Genoa. With Roma having lost their derby to Lazio, we were on our way to increasing our lead. But Marco Borriello decided to operate on my eyeballs while I was still awake by scoring in the 86th minute. We gained a point on Roma, hooray. Finally, Roma beats Empoli, we lose to Uventus, the lead is now 4. As I've been saying since we got knocked out of the CL, every game is like a championship for us, and Roma. This does make it for a more interesting finish, possibly attracting more people to the greatest league in the world. Roma has Cagliari on Saturday, so you can basically chalk up a win for them. But anything can happen. As for us, we got the other guys from Rome, Lazio. So expect it be a tough game, as Roma found out last Wednesday. It's going to be exciting, fun, and just straight up scary at times. I've warned you before, and I'll warn you again. We expect some turbulence for the rest of the ride, so please buckle up.
So till' I see ya', see ya'.
