In the waning days of the transfer market, things are only expected to go from crazy to absolute insanity.  It isn't like every club has all 31 days of January to complete deals, but as the month comes to an end, it gives everyone a clearer picture what they need to for a competitive edge.

At Inter, the transfer window has been crazier than most, even without the announcement of any official deals as of the evening of January 29.  The Fredy Guarin saga is as enjoyable as a root canal, with his agent now claiming that as much as Guarin would like to stay in Milan, he cannot see that as a viable option.

Danilo D'Ambrosio coming to Inter seems to be lacking only the official announcement, as the Torino man was spotted at Hotel Melia in Milan, as well as Appiano Gentile, and has already undergone his medical.

Loads of transfer gossip have been swirling around the Nerazzurri, with Player X coming in, Player Y on his way out, and Player Z being chased.  Here is a list of some of the transfers that have been rumored throughout January:

  • Mirko Vucinic to Inter
  • Guarin to Juventus/Chelsea/Manchester United/Galatasaray/Team du Jour
  • Andrea Ranoacchia to Borussia Dortmund/Galatasaray
  • Pablo Osvaldo to Inter
  • Gaston Ramirez to Inter
  • Hernanes to Inter
  • Nani to Inter
  • Banega to Inter
  • Casemiro to Inter
  • Icardo to Monaco on loan (UPDATED 1/30/14)
This list barely scratches the surface of ALL the names that have been reported in one form or another.  Obviously, some links are now dead in the water (i.e. Vucinic to Inter) but some have sprouted wings and have taken off (i.e. Hernanes).

Please feel free to leave your comments discussing the transfer window as we near its end.
