Inter Milan has completed the signing of three young players today, in a move that should be considered as an investment for the future.

The three players are Thilo Kehrer (from Schalke 04), Jose Correa (Sporting CP), and Italo Santos (Vasco da Gama).

Kehrer, Schalke 04 U19 captain, has been linked with a move to Inter Milan a few weeks ago. The 18-year old turned down contract offers from his current club several times and will join Inter in the summer on a five-year deal.

Correa, a product of the famed Sporting Lisbon's academy, is a versatile attacking talent, often deployed as a forward or an attacking midfielder. Similar to Kehrer, he turned down Sporting's contract offer after an impressive UEFA youth Champions League campaign, but now looks set to join Inter on a free transfer.

Santos is a defender from Brazil, plying his trade with Brazilian side, Vasco da Gama, the same club where former Inter player, Philippe Coutinho spent his formative years.

Kehrer, Correa, and Santos were all born in 1996, meaning that they will probably linked up with Inter's primavera side or out on loan elsewhere before contributing for the first team.
