Inter have been relentlessly linked with Wolfsburg winger Ivan Perisic for the better part of two months now, and it seems that the move is very close to being a done deal.

According to Forza Italian Football and, the two clubs have finally reached an agreement over the 26-year-old player for around €18 million. So now, in order to bring in the Die Wolfe man, the Nerazzurri need to offload someone or someones from their own side. Football Italia has also reported, however, that Perisic's agent stated that the Bundesliga side were "very reluctant" to sell him.

Sempre Inter also wrote today that Inter plan to keep bringing on more players for the attack, stating that the Nerazzurri may also be close to finalizing a deal with Manchester City forward Stevan Jovetic for somewhere between €18-20 million.

If either of these deals does go through, it will most certainly mean that the end is very near for Swiss winger Xherdan Shaqiri. Shaqiri, who joined Inter in January, has failed to impress in his time with the Italian club and apparently no longer fits into Inter manager Roberto Mancini's long-term plans for his squad.
