Inter Milan and crosstown rivals AC Milan are set to due battle in Shenzen tomorrow as first match of the China leg of the International Champions Cup gets underway.

To this point, both of the Milanese clubs of Serie A have provided fierce offensive firepower alongside impotent defensive work. In their first two preseason warmup matches, Inter Milan scored 8 goals to the opposition's 5 - winning both matches against German club Stuttgarter Kickers and Serie A newcomers Carpi, respectively. The offense slowed a bit in a friendly earlier this week against Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich, and Mancini's men suffered a 1-0 loss off a late goal from Mario Götze after some ghastly defending by Inter.

AC Milan have seen similar success in their preseason matches, winning a pair of matches 5-1 each against Eccellenza sides Alcione and Legnano. But the Rossoneri defense has also been less than impressive, allowing their team to fall behind by a goal in the first 10 minutes of the aforementioned matches. Like Inter, Il Diavoli stepped up their competition in the following friendly. Milan looked poised to come away from a match against French giants Olympique Lyonnais with a respectable 1-1 draw before allowing a late winner from Alexandre Lacazette near the 80' mark.

It's important to keep in mind in all this that Inter have already won one Derby this preseason. No, you didn't miss a match: Inter beat out AC Milan for the signature of Geoffrey Kondogbia earlier this summer. And boy, has that signing looked like a huge win for the Nerazzurri. Kondogbia has been consistently impressive in his summer appearances for Il Biscione, and it will be fun to see him play against the Milan side he snubbed a few short weeks ago.

So with that in mind, let's get ready to #Derby!
