According to Forza Italian Football, Inter have shown their cards, so to speak, regarding the asking price for Brazilian defender Juan Jesus.
According to the article linked above, the Nerazzurri will attempt to cash in on the 24-year-old defender for €10 million. While I don't think it's an outrageous asking price for a young defender with high potential, that potential has yet to be fully realized. However, if any team out there is willing to take a bit of a gamble and meet Inter's asking price, JJ will just as soon be gone.
It would be a little disheartening to see JJ go, as he was one of the few Inter players who showed anything resembling passion for the shirt last season. He hustles as well, which I always like to see. Unfortunately, he's also prone to being a little hotheaded and for getting a bit lost in transition at times. These traits sometimes lead to avoidable mistakes.
And considering Inter's very active transfer window already, JJ is only the first item of many which will be on display in the Inter shop window. The club are also reportedly ready to part ways with Japanese defender Yuto Nagatomo and Swiss winger Xherdan Shaqiri. Davide Santon is another defender who has been put on notice, but who does not wish to leave Milan.
