Enthusiasm is low around Inter at the moment, to put it very mildly, but the stakes tonight are very high as Stefano Vecchi and co. take on Southampton at St Mary's Stadium. After beating the Saints a fortnight ago we are obliged to avoid defeat tonight at the very least, if we want to keep our somewhat traumatic Europa League campaign alive, and we hardly arrive in the best conditions to play a game of such importance. Again, to put it very mildly. Let’s hope something weird happens and the players play like professional footballers should - if that were to happen we could win. If not, this could be yet another long and embarrassing chapter in a week of utter humiliation and desperation.
