Do you want to become a writer for Serpents of Madonnina?

Your help would be very much appreciated.

Serpents of Madonnina

Hey everybody. It is with a heavy heart that I inform you that one of our own, Luca, will be moving on from the site. I want to thank him for all the work he has done with the site and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors.

For that reason (and also because law school is really time-consuming so I don’t have as much spare time as I originally anticipated) we’re looking to add 1-2 writers to our staff. I say writers but that doesn’t necessarily mean you have to be a current or aspiring journalist to get the job. I’m not a journalist or anything fancy, just a former commentor here who worked my way up to the top. And while none of you will be gunning for my job in the near future (hopefully), it just goes to show that you don’t need to have won a Pulitzer to write here.

How do you know if you should apply? Well being an Inter fan would probably be a good start. The ability to write clear and quality English-language articles is also really helpful. Completing the basic trifecta is having the time to consistently contribute to the site and being available for me to reach out to you when you’re needed.

What will the job entail? Pretty much whatever needs to be written. We cover match previews, match recaps, player ratings, transfer rumors, breaking news, opinion pieces, and the occasional international tidbit (which is actually something I’m looking to expand on in the near future). I’d try to honor preferences, but be open to writing whatever Inter-related story comes up. Also the position starts unpaid, but there is the potential that could change in the future.

How do you apply? All you need to do is fill out the Google form below. I look forward to hearing from all of you, and let’s continue the growth that I’ve seen on this site together.
