Inter take on Sampdoria today after their ritiro ready to bounce back from the Fiorentina defeat. Mancini knows that every dropped point makes CL qualification more difficult, and hopes that a struggling Sampdoria side can be the team that gets the Nerazzurri back on track.
Starting Lineups:
Inter Milan: Handanovic, D'Ambrosio, Miranda, Murillo, Nagatomo; Biabiany, Melo, Brozovic, Perisic; Eder, Icardi.
Sampdoria: Viviano, Cassani, Ranocchia, Silvestre; Ivan, Soriano, Fernando, Dodo; Alvarez, Quagliarella, Correa
There are a number of things to look out for in this match. Mancini is lining up in a 442 formation which he hasn't done much of this season. Former Sampdoria players Eder and Icardi lead the attack while Gnoukouri remains on the bench. Montella's lineup sees four players who used to play for Inter (Ranocchia, Silvestre, Dodo, and Alvarez). It will be interesting to see which set of players will have a better performance against their old clubs.
