Arsenal holding talks with Icardi's agent

The Icardi-Nara story drags on. After simply being linked with a move to Arsenal reports indicate that Wanda Nara, Mauro Icardi's wife and agent, is moving forward with the North London club and is actually meeting with them today. These reports are substantiated by a tweet from Nara today where she happened to leave her location on to show that she is in London.

It seems that Arsenal is willing to increase Icardi's wages from €3.8m per season to €6m, a figure which will surely make Nara happy. Even if the two parties can reach an agreement Arsenal will still have to deal with Inter and the club has stated numerous times that their captain is not for sale. If Icardi begins agitating for a move though they could be willing to sell for more than €50m.

Honestly I'm just tired of writing about this. Mrs. Nara can do what she wants at this point, if she wants to push her husband out the door that is fine with me. I'm starting to accept the fact that Inter might be without Icardi next season and I just hope that the club invests in a replacement striker because I don't know how I feel about handing the reigns of the attack to Jovetic, Eder, and Palacio (and no Gabriel Jesus is not enough).
