UPDATE: According to Brescia’s website, Inter Milan executed a buy-back option on Gaston Camara on Thursday.
According to its official website, Serie B side Brescia has exercised its buy-option on Inter Milan’s Gaston Camara.
The Guinean joined Brescia on loan from Inter in 2016.
Prior to that, he had loan spells at Modena FC, Bari and with the Santaracang U19 squad.
Last season, Camara played in 29 games for Brescia, recording a pair of assists. Essentially, he has not seen the field for the Nerazzurri since being on its U-19 squad in 2014.
Here’s some U-19 stuff:
In addition to Camara, Brescia exercised options on SS Fidelis Andria’s Dimitri Bisoli, AS Roma’s Arturo Calabresi and Sassuolo’s Giovanni Sbrissa.
Earlier this month, Brescia faced scrutiny over recapitalization efforts where the team said it has met all legal requirements.
Brescia finished 15th in Serie B last season on 50 points, 28 points back of league champions SPAL and 24 back of both Verona and Frosinone.
