According to Daniele Sebastiani, Pescara has a deal with Inter Milan for 18-year-old midfielder Mamadou Coulibaly.

The Senegalese came to Pescara on a free transfer in March and played in nine games before the team was relegated to Serie B.

The president of Pescara, Sabastiani, told Rete8 there was “agreement on everything” but that Coulibaly had no interest in playing youth football after getting playing time in Serie A.

“We effectively have a deal with Inter. We just need to formalize it. I will meet with Inter next week and it’ll be a definitive sale, as we already did for Gianluca Caprari, with Pescara getting 50 per cent in case Inter sell in future.”

Coulibaly fled Senegal and was homeless before Pescara picked him up late in the season. His market value, according to transfermarkt.com is around €500,000.

Terms of any potential deal have not been disclosed.
