It is something we at Serpents of Madonnina have been waiting for anxiously for some time now … the release of the Serie A fixture calendar for the 2017/18 season.
As we are a little less than a month away from the start of play, the league released its calendar Wednesday.
Over the next few days, we will take a look at the schedule and do a deeper dive into what games to watch for.
Inter Milan will open the next campaign with a home date against Fiorentina on Aug. 20. The Nerazzurri will hit the road with an encounter with AS Roma the following week then host league newcomer SPAL on Sept. 10.
The regular season for the Nerazzurri will close with games at home with defending champ Juventus and Sassuolo and road games with Udinese and the regular season finale at Lazio on May 20.
