Corriere dello Sport said both Inter and Vidal have expressed interest in a deal, but the final piece of the puzzle is Bayern Munich agreeing to a price.
The Bundesliga side have asked for €30 million in total for Vidal and Inter has reportedly sought to bring that price down a bit.
Inter Milan sporting director Piero Ausilio is in Munich to negotiate a deal with Bayern for Arturo Vidal. Inter will make an offer between €23m and €24m. Bayern asking for €30m. Odds are the deal would be a year-long loan followed by a purchase option at the end of the season.
Vidal has one season left on his contract with Bayern, which means if he stays he would be available on free transfer next season but Inter is not likely wanting to wait that long.
