Is Ivan Rakitic Milan bound?

According to a report from Corriere dello Sport, Ivan Rakitic is interested in moving away from Barcelona and Inter Milan could be the landing spot. Inter Milan have been looking to bolster their midfield since the summer.

The Nerazzurri tried to get Luka Modric from Madrid but fell just short. Now they are after his Croatian counterpart and would be just as good of a get. Rakitic is three years younger than Modric and is signed with Barcelona until 2021.

He adds himself to a list of players Inter will be trying to lure to the San Siro come summertime.

Jose Mourinho wants a second run with Inter

According to Libero, Jose Mourinho wants to return to the Nerazzurri. The Special One went 68-25-15 with Inter in his first stint and won the treble in the 2009/10 campaign.

Inter fans will always love him for that season so there is no doubt most will welcome him back with open arms. He has since been at Real Madrid, Chelsea, and Manchester United winning many trophies but always leaving the clubs with a bitter taste.

Luciano Spalletti has the vote of confidence from Giuseppe Marotta but we will see if that stays if the teams current run of form continues.

Yann Karamoh on his way back to Inter?

There is a serious chance that Yann Karamoh’s loan at Girondins de Bordeaux is cut short and he is returned to Inter a few months early. This was the clubs official statement:

“Due to inappropriate and unacceptable behaviour that cannot be tolerated by the club, Yann Karamoh has been suspended. This measure, awaiting a final decision to be made by the club, helps to protect the balance of the squad and remind everyone of the importance of respecting the club’s values.”

The 20 year old winger could be back at the San Siro if things don’t change fast with Bordeaux.

He has already been left out of the squad in the upcoming fixture against Marseille. Inter could certainly use the depth but in the long run, the loan will probably be more important to get him consistent playing time.
