Young on Derby win: “I don’t think it gets any better than that.”

Inter Milan wing back Ashley Young shared some of his thoughts and feelings after Sunday’s come from behind Derby win over AC Milan. The former Manchester United player got to experience the Milan Derby at its peak, and discussed his thoughts afterwards.

“I think it was an incredible feeling,” said Young to Jim White. “You could see the way we celebrated after the game showed the character and strength we’ve got.

“To go 2-0 down in a derby like that then come back and win, that shows our character.

“It was an unbelievable experience.

“It definitely is [up there],” the ex-England man added. “I came here to play football and win games, and when you come and win in the Milan derby in the way we did, it’s just an incredible feeling.

“I don’t think it gets any better than that.”
