Antonio Conte reportedly kept things calm with his team after their 2-1 loss to Lazio on Sunday. According to Corriere della Sera, the Inter boss was able to keep things mellow when discussing the squad’s performance.
The match had to be pretty disappointing for Conte. Inter took a 1-0 lead on Ashley Young’s goal in the first half. The second half saw Inter struggle to get anything solid going against the Lazio defense. Inter saw the lead dwindle with goals from Ciro Immobile and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
After the match, Conte discussed the club’s performance to the press. However, it does sound like Conte was honest in his post match interview. It doesn’t seem like the point in the season to lose your mind in the locker room. Conte apparently kept it cool like usual.
