According to a report from Calciomercato.com, Juventus are interested in making a move for Mauro Icardi this summer. The report makes it clear that they’re interested in the move regardless of how the relationship between Icardi and PSG ends.

The Argentine striker has spent all of his career in Serie A before his loan to PSG last summer. The deal is for one year with the option to buy for €70 million. His stint at PSG has resulted in 18 appearances and 11 goals thus far. It still remains up in the air if his time at the club will go past this season, especially at the price of €70 million.

A move to Juventus would be a pretty strange sight. The striker’s time with Inter was one of captaincy and controversy. Ups and downs. However, he netted over 100 goals for Inter and a move to Juventus is not one that would go without emotion attached.
