Chelsea and Manchester City are reportedly set to challenge Barcelona for Lautaro Martinez this summer. Barcelona apparently remain optimistic of their chances to sign Martinez. The contact between Inter Milan and Barcelona is still consistent.

However, the addition of Chelsea and City into the arena could make things interesting. Martinez is reportedly open to offers from the two clubs as opposed to Manchester United, whom Martinez apparently rejected.

This is nothing but good news for Inter. It really feels like Lautaro is gone this summer. So why not make it a bidding war? Chelsea, City, and Barcelona all eyeing Martinez this summer does nothing but eventually make Barcelona give up more for him.
