Joao Mario says being with Inter “Made me learn and grow”

Inter Milan owned midfielder Joao Mario had some interesting quotes this weekend. The midfielder is currently on loan with Lokomotiv Moscow in Russia and discussed his time with Inter in an interview. Mario’s time with the Russian club has gone decent enough. He’s made 15 appearances thus far, scoring one goal and assisting on four others.

“When things do not go well, this fact marks you and you learn from that experience. Milan has been very important in my career, to make me learn and grow. Things would have been different if I had the mentality I have today, I had to live this experience to grow. I can’t say that I would have done something different because I only lived what happened in Milan.”
