Inter are preparing for Icardi’s unwanted return

According to a report from ESPN, Inter Milan are preparing for Mauro Icardi’s return from PSG. The destination of Icardi after this season has been speculated on for the last couple months.

It’s been thought that PSG aren’t interested in signing him permanently. However, there were also reports that said differently. The main line of thinking is that Icardi is returning to Italy and Inter, only to be sold to Juventus or Napoli.

The biggest issue with Icardi returning at all is that it has implications on Inter’s budget. ESPN’s source said Icardi returning to Inter is like: “blowing a giant hole in Inter’s budget.”
