Report: Martinez might come out publicly in favor of Barcelona move

Sport is reporting that Lautaro Martinez may come out publicly in favor of a move to Barcelona. The discussions between Barcelona and Inter Milan have been up and down like a high school relationship. One day there’s a report saying the deal is all but done, and the next day the talks have stalled.

In other words it seems like every other big money transfer in Europe.

The holdup is the money, as expected. What makes this deal so fascinating from a financial standpoint is how the Mauro Icardi deal impacts how clubs view top money strikers. Inter are convinced they’re owed a hefty sum for letting Lautaro go.
