Inter Milan’s 3-2 loss to Sevilla in the Europa League Final yesterday could very well be the last time we see Antonio Conte on the Inter sideline. Conte’s post-match discussion about his time at the club and the future continued to leave us to believe things are heading towards the end.
“Now we’ll return to Milan, we’ll take a couple of days off. We will meet, examine the season and everything in a very calm way. We will try to plan the future of Inter with our without me,”
“It has been a very tough season from all points of view, the best decision must be taken for the good of Inter, with the utmost cordiality.
“There is no resentment, there are different points of view.
“For me it was a beautiful year, I thank those who gave me the opportunity to have a wonderful experience.”

It seems like according to reports in Italy we’re heading towards a Conte exit and Max Allegri entrance. The next few days should clear things up. However, it does suck to already be moving past what was a blistering end to the season. Whatever you think of the Conte experience, you gotta admit it was entertaining.
