Report: Inter pondering a Perisic and Brozovic for Partey swap

Inter Milan are reportedly considering making a player swap offer to Atletico Madrid for Thomas Partey. The deal would consist of Ivan Perisic and Marcelo Brozovic to Atletico for Partey.

The report comes to us from Tuttosport via SempreInter. To be clear, this doesn’t seem all that realistic. Perisic continues to be someone that Inter want to sell. Despite Conte apparently running Perisic as left wing back in training this week, he still hasn’t convinced anyone he fits into Conte’s system.

N’Golo Kante still appears to be the number one midfield target for Inter. Partey seems to be the second choice if a Kante deal can’t get done. Thomas Partey’s release clause of €50 million is in the ballpark of the valuation of Brazovic and Perisic from Atletico.
