Happy happy joy joy
Before we go off to Monaco for the UEFA Super Cup, the team had time for a happy happy training session. Also, Rafa released his call up list.
I dont know what was going on (some maniacal team building exercise or something), but there are a whole bunch of pictures of grinning Inter players posted up on the club's web page today. I picked out a few of my favorites to share:

Speaking of Sneijder, he has posted this little lovely on his facebook page:
"This is an awesome time for me, I'm ready to begin a new season, I'm happy here where I am, and nobody will stop me to stay here. Holland is my home, Madrid has been a transit, Italy is my new home.I will not change my team and I put an end to all magazines rumors of transfers for this summer and this winter. Ciao."

Oh, and Rafa has released his call up list for Friday:
Portieri: Julio Cesar, Castellazzi, Orlandoni;
Difensori: Cordoba, Zanetti, Lucio, Maicon, Materazzi, Samuel, Chivu;
Centrocampisti: Stankovic, Sneijder, Muntari, Mariga, Cambiasso, Obi, Coutinho;
Attaccanti: Eto'o, Milito, Pandev, Biabiany.
No surprises there. With the inclusion of our mystery new signing (which may or may not happen), Thiago Motta, and Santon, I think we have a first team shaping up.
BTW, I will do a real preview for the super cup tomorrow after Rafa's presser. This is just a little frippery to pass the time.
Oh, and as I posted in the comments on the other thread, 13 Inter youth players have been called up to the Italy U17 and U19 squads. The future is bright!
