Even though there have been a lot of rumors about Caner Erkin the Turkish full-back already agreeing to join Inter earlier this season nothing is truly official, yet.
The player's agent recently said that there is a 50% chances that his client will sign on a free transfer with Inter this summer after the expiration of his contract, which will be on June 30. He also added that he is going to meet with the Nerazzurri very soon, most likely this weekend.
If Inter and Erkin reach a formal agreement this weekend, it would mean that Telles' time in Milan will be officially over after just one season played for the team. Alex has a buyout clause set at €8.5M and the Nerazzurri are already considering not paying for it, so an understanding between the Turk's agent and the Italian club would just help Inter make this decision since the two share the same role.
Caner Erkin, 27 years old, made 13 league appearances, 10 in the Europa League, and 4 in the Turkish National Cup for Fenerbahce this season with just one goal scored. He has been a constant in the Turkish National Team with 44 caps so far.
