The mercato is finally done. Now it's time to focus exclusively on actual playing this season and despite all the rumors, Inter didn't buy or sell any player during the last day of the transfer market.

Here are the two lists of player Inter submitted today, one for the 16/17 Serie A season and the other for the group stages of the 16/17 UEFA Europa League campaign.

The Serie A list does not include Gabriel Barbosa Almeida, Miangue, Gnoukouri or Yao because, as per Lega Serie A regulations, players born after January 1, 1995 don't need to be included. Tommaso Berni also doesn't appear here, and the reason is simple: the goalkeeper list can be modified at any time during the season.

Here's the Serie A list:

Marco ANDREOLLI, Cristian Daniel ANSALDI, Hernandez Ever Maximilian BANEGA, Jonathan Ludovic BIABIANY, Marcelo BROZOVIC, Antonio CANDREVA, Juan Pablo CARRIZO, Eder CITADIN MARTINS, Danilo D’AMBROSIO, Samir HANDANOVIC, Mauro Emanuel ICARDI, Stevan JOVETIC, Geoffrey KONDOGBIA, Gary Alexis MEDEL SOTO, Felipe MELO DE CARVALHO, Joao MIRANDA DE SOUZA FILHO, Jeison Fabian MURILLO CERON, Yuto NAGATOMO, Joao Mario NAVAL DA COSTA EDUARDO, Rodrigo PALACIO, Ivan PERISIC, Andrea RANOCCHIA, Davide SANTON.

The EL lists — yes, there are two of them — may have some notable exclusions but there is a good reason why De Boer won't have the chance to use those players in the European competition. Joao Mario, Kondogbia, Gabriel Barbosa and Jovetic will be available only for Italian competitions to allow Inter to comply with FFP regulations and avoid the possibility of incurring bans, fines, or other punishments.

List A must comprehend a maximum of 25 players and at least two goalkeepers. Of the 25 players, at least 8 of them must be locally trained players which is either a club-trained player or an association-trained player. Quoting the UEFA regulations, a club-trained player is a player who, between the age of 15 (or the start of the season during which he turns 15) and 21 (or the end of the season during which he turns 21), and irrespective of his nationality and age, has been registered with his current club for a period, continuous or not, of three entire seasons (i.e. a period starting with the first official match of the relevant national championship and ending with the last official match of that relevant national championship) or of 36 months. An association-trained player instead is a player who, between the age of 15 (or the start of the season during which the player turns 15) and 21 (or the end of the season during which the player turns 21), and irrespective of his nationality and age, has been registered with a club or with other clubs affiliated to the same association as that of his current club for a period, continuous or not, of three entire seasons or of 36 months.

A player may be registered on List B if he is born on or after 1 January 1994 and has been eligible to play for the club concerned for any uninterrupted period of two years since his 15th birthday by the time he is registered with UEFA. Players aged 16 may be registered on List B if they have been registered with the participating club for the previous two years without interruption.

On List B a team can register an unlimited number of players during the season and must be submitted no later than 24:00 CET on the day before the match in question.
