Mauro Icardi looks to be staying at Inter
According to Sports Media set, Mauro Icardi is going to be renewing his contract with Inter Milan soon and has said there will be a high release clause involved. The release clause would be $180 million putting him out of the biggest clubs price range.
Chelsea and Real Madrid were both rumored for trying to take him away from the Nerazzurri but that clause may keep them away for another year or two. Nothing has been signed yet so there is still a chance he leaves this summer but that would be huge for Inter to keep him.

Inter looking to add outside backs from the Premier League
Reports have shown interest from Inter Milan for both Emerson (Chelsea FC) and Matteo Darmian (Manchester United).
The left and right backs are both disappointed in the playing time they have received and are looking elsewhere. Inter could be seeing Dalbert depart this off-season while Kwadwo Asamoah has not been in the best of form for the Nerazzurri.
Darmian is being rumored to get a $3 million initial loan deal with an additional $8 million to purchase. There is no price on Emerson yet but both seem likely candidates to try and sure up Inter’s back line. With Sime Vrsaljko struggling to stay fit, the Nerazzurri could use all the depth they can get.

Inter may forgo the EPL and add an outside back from Serie A
The Nerazzurri have also been rumored in trying to get Elseid Hysaj away from Napoli. According to Tuttosport, the player is not happy with the amount of playing time he is seeing under Carlo Ancellotti and would like to move on. He currently has a release clause of $50 million and the Albanian defender is under contract until 2021.
Due to the unhappiness of the player, there is a real chance Napoli move on and Inter could find a great defender from one of their direct competitors.
