Sergio Aguero seen as possible Lautaro replacement

According to a report from Alfredo Pedulla, Inter Milan may be looking at Sergio Aguero as a potential Lautaro Martinez replacement. Inter has been mulling over their options as it looks more and more likely that Lautaro will be leaving the club in the coming months.

The thought process is that as Aguero nears the end of his contract, next year, he might be in a good position to grab at a decent price. Aguero is at the end of, or past, his prime production. However, he’s still a world class striker in key moments.

The relationship between Manchester City and Aguero hasn’t been the best in the last couple seasons. The perfect story of an influx of cash, and Aguero’s tough relationship with City might present the scenario to bring him to Inter.
