Cavani or Werner for Inter Milan?

Edinson Cavani and Timo Werner have both been lightly, and I stress lighty, linked to Inter Milan this week. The rumblings were something we heard about in the last couple months, but it never seemed like anything serious. This time, it does feel like there’s a real chance that Inter are looking at both of the players for the possibility of replacing Lautaro Martinez.

The process of complimenting Lukaku isn’t something Inter want to take lightly. I think that’s why there hasn’t been anything concrete yet in terms of a consistent reporting around a particular player.

If Inter Milan had their choice between Cavani and Werner, I really don’t know who they would choose. Personally, I would go for Werner. However, its easier said than done to get someone like Werner when he’s highly desired by big clubs around Europe.

Cavani is a interesting candidate to come to Inter. He was linked with a move to MLS last year and his time at PSG has been seemingly waning for a while now.
