It’s no secret that Inter Milan went through quite the offseason transition. The club, despite said offseason transitions, has started the season pretty well given the circumstances.
Inter’s CEO Beppe Marotta said this week in an interview that the club would be open to bringing in reinforcements in the winter transfer window.
“If needed, we are ready to move in January and bring in one or two gifts,” he explained, “we want to support Inzaghi in the run-up, but without ever losing sight of the budgetary needs. We cannot spend, but we can use our imagination.”
Marotta was also confident about the situation of striker Lautaro Martinez whose renewal has widely been expected, while he also explained that the club are ready to quickly extend the contract of key midfielder Marcelo Brozovic.”
