Inter Milan are reportedly wasting no time getting back to business after the International Break. According to reports from Sky and Calciomercato respectively, Inter have seriously begun negotiations for contract extensions with Marcelo Brozovic and Milan Skriniar.
The Italian side are currently third in the table with bright prospects for the remainder of the season. Both Brozovic and Skriniar played massive parts in past successes for the club and keeping them locked down is vital for the short and long-term success of the Serie A Champions.
If you want to think about it this way, Brozovic is the more important player to get locked up in the short term. His deal wraps up this summer while Skriniar’s extends till 2023. Here’s to hoping both men sign on the dotted line before Antonio Conte gives either one of them a call.
