According to a report from both Tuttosport and Metro, Inter may have to give into Chelsea demands for Cesare Casadei if they want a deal to get done. The two sides have been discussing a deal for the youngster with the holdup being both bidding price and a buyback clause.

Chelsea have reportedly bid €8m with Inter expecting nearly €20m with a buyback clause. This has left negotiating in a bit of limbo.

This doesn’t really come as a surprise given the business between the two clubs. Chelsea aren’t looking to be a minor league system for Inter with the Serie A side having a choice to repurchase Casadei if he pans out. If Inter hold out for the buyback, a deal will probably fall through.
