Inter reportedly closing in on Cahanoglu and Bastoni deals

The International break is about over, and that means the return of Inter football this weekend. Before we get into that we get some contract scuttlebutt around both Hakan Calhanoglu and Alessandro Bastoni.

Inter have a chance to lose eleven players this summer that are out of contract this summer. Which would suck. The closest of the two to a deal is reportedly Calhanoglu. The report details a reported renewal till 2027 that would see him make around €5m a year after taxes.

Bastoni on the other hand is slightly farther off. The Italian’s deal expires in 2024 and as Inter have experienced this year, it’s better to get your center-back’s deal wrapped up sooner rather than later. Bastoni currently earns about €2.8m per year and Inter want to bump it up to €4m.
