Inter's final match of 2016 is a tricky-looking one at home to Simone Inzaghi's Lazio, who arrive at San Siro on Wednesday evening seven points above the Nerazzurri and on the crest of a wave, despite losing the derby to Roma a fortnight ago. They are hardly the simplest of rivals we could have to see out the calendar year, but Stefano Pioli continues to insist that we are not out of the race for Champions League qualification and therefore we have no option but to beat them, which would extend our home winning streak in all competitions to seven games.
