Brozovic speaks about talking to other clubs

One of the most vital subplots off the pitch for Inter Milan this season has been the renewal of Marcelo Brozovic’s contract. The midfielder’s old deal expires this summer and getting him re-signed was key to Inter’s future success.

The good news for all Inter supporters is that waiting finally came to an end yesterday with Brozo finally putting pen to paper and getting his due. He chatted with Inter TV about interest from other clubs and his desire for success at Inter.

“I am truly very happy to have signed this contract extension with Inter, as I strongly wanted this and the club knew that,”

“I never wanted to even talk to another club, out of respect for Inter and its fans. I always told my agents that I didn’t want to speak to any other club, unless Inter said outright they didn’t want to renew my contract.”
