It’s that time of year again - the Champions League draw is here. The last of the qualifies wrapped up Wednesday, so the 2022/23 group stage will take place at 12:00 EST/16:00 GMT today in Istanbul, Turkey, and can be streamed on BT Sport (UK), Vix+, Paramount+, and FuboTV (US). Inter is unlucky enough to be back in Pot Three after one year in Pot One, and you know what that means; Group of Death season.

Here are the official Pots to get to know Inter’s possible opponents - only Italian teams are off the list of sides the Nerazzurri can draw.

A dream draw would likely include the likes of Porto, RB Leipzig, and Viktoria Plzen, so expect something along the lines of Real Madrid, Liverpool, and Olympique Marseille. The only good news is that Simone Inzaghi’s men are sure to avoid longtime foe Shakhtar Donetsk thanks to both teams’ status as Pot Three teams.

Matches will start in two weeks' time in a particularly compressed group stage thanks to the impending World Cup, so Matchday 6 will come one month earlier than usual.

  • Matchday 1 - Sept. 6-7
  • Matchday 2 - Sept. 13-14
  • Matchday 3 - Oct. 4-5
  • Matchday 4 - Oct. 11-12
  • Matchday 5 - Oct. 25-26
  • Matchday 6 - Nov. 1-2, 2022
