After being postponed due to concerns and precautions relating to the Coronavirus outbreak, Inter Milan’s vital Serie A match in Torin will take place on Sunday. Juventus will host Antonio Conte’s men on Sunday behind closed doors.

The match will take place at 2:45 ET, 8:45 CET on Sunday. The FIGC statement this week confirmed the details of the matches set for this weekend in Serie A.

“all football competitions organised by Lega Serie A will be played behind closed doors for the entire period imposed by the DPCM until 4.03.2020 and, in any case, until the state regulations change.”

After a week of confusion and conflicting reports, its nice to have some sanity in Serie A. I realize that the tumultuous conditions set forth by the Coronavirus outbreak set everything off into chaos. However, the confusion and lack of communication between teams and Serie A officials was unfortunate and out in the open for everyone to see. At least now there is a clear path forward.
