Matteo Politano & Luciano Spalletti speak in Pre Match Press Conference

Politano took the time in the Inter MIlan press conference to talk about the Nerazzurri’s aspirations in the game tomorrow as well as the tournament.

“We have to think that we can reach the very end. We’re a strong side and it’s only normal to have important demands. Tomorrow, it’ll be a difficult match, therefore, we must take it game by game and then see how far we can go.”

The Italian international also talked about playing for the first time in two weeks.

“I hope to give a lot to the team. I’ve prepared well because I’ve had two weeks to train. It’s different when you’re playing every three days and you don’t have this opportunity, therefore, tomorrow I want to give 100 percent.”

Luciano Spalletti had to talk about not only the game coming up but Mauro Icardi. He made sure to let everyone know that the team will be focused to get the result they desire.

“We have a crucial match ahead of us and it must receive all of our attention. It was a difficult and painful decision because we know his worth. However, we took it together with all of the club’s components involved. It was done exclusively for the good of Inter. There are some things concerning the player that had to be sorted. For now, all our focus is on this difficult match.”

There are a lot of distractions ahead of this important Europa league clash with Rapid Vienna and it should be interesting to see how the Nerazzurri come out and play.

A new London based team is in on Ivan Perisic

According to Football Italia, it looks as if Tottenham Hotspur are now in the Perisic transfer rumours. They are going to be very aggressive during the summer to land him over Arsenal. According to Tuttosport, Mauricio Pochettino fell in love with the Croatian winger during their UEFA Champions League clashes.

It appears there will be some major shake ups in the Nerazzurri roster over the summer. Mauro Icardi in the news today getting his captaincy removed and surely on the move as well as Perisic. With all this in mind, Inter will surely be bringing in some exciting players.
